Supported Living

Newly opened 10 bed facility providing Supported Living Services for individuals around Southampton and the Basingstoke area with complex mental health issues, Learning disabilities, Autism and Physical health.

The service also accepts mental health clients who are preparing for discharge from long or short forensic units as a transitional service to support them as they prepare for independent living in the local community.

We encourage a degree of positive risk taking supported by comprehensive risk assessments to increase service user confidence and move towards their goals in small, measurable and achievable milestones.

Our principle objectives are as follows

To support our clients through a reablement and community engagement model.
To work closely with local authorities, community mental health teams and hospitals.
This allows the client to have a home of their own with support agreeable until full recovery is achieved .
To support the client to engage with treatment and therapy as required.
To support the client to live as independently as possibly with managed risks to the community.
